Designed to reduce the cost of patching the roads covered with asphalt concrete with devices for infrared asphalt heating, also for the transport of hot asphalt mix.
Recycler is designed for the regeneration of cold procured material or lump previously used material, as well as asphalt crumbs. Hotbox is designed for the transport of hot asphalt mix.
The recycler allows the non-stop process of repair throughout the year.
Within minutes hard asphalt, cold asphalt mixture or lump asphalt turns into plastic suitable for
laying hot mix. The device for the material storage has a welded construction, durable and easy to maintain.
It heats the asphalt to the specified temperature during the coating repair. Performance 2-2.5 ton per shift (Gas tank for 40l per shift).
